Our very popular Pick-a-Book event is back, now in March! If you’d like to buy a book for a Pioneer staff member.
We are changing things up this year. We moved the Pick-a-Book event to March to give staff members a new book to enjoy for Spring Break. This staff appreciation event will also overlap with the English Department's fundraiser with Schuler Books (March 10 - 16) where they receive 20% of total sales when "Pioneer" is mentioned. If you order online, the code is "Pioneer HS".
The Pick-a-Book event is an opt-in event where staff members can choose fiction, non-fiction, poetry, a cookbook, a graphic novel, a puzzle book, etc. Read through the long list - you might find a few books to add to your reading list!
Please drop off books in the Main Office (clock tower, off of Stadium Blvd.) by Monday, March 18th.
Books should be in print and available locally or online. They shouldn't exceed $25. If you have any difficulty buying a book, please let Bethany know.
